I used to turn white and break into sweats while just sitting in the
waiting room of my old dentist. Needless to say this fear kept me away

When I've seen dentists for root canal or periodontal work, they've
all complimented the implants and bridges that Dr. Silk created for me.
And besides the fine aesthetic work, the implants and bridges have lasted for
ten years without problems. I'm also a quirky patient that takes a while
to respond to Novocain. Dr. Silk never rushes and makes sure I'm fully
comfortable before beginning my treatment.

I saw Dr. Silk for two procedures: one
was for a cavity filling to be partially replaced and the other was for a gold
inlay and minor bonding work. He was professional, friendly and made me --
normally a white-knuckle patient -- feel relaxed and comfortable. Excellent at
communicating/explaining what he was doing. Answered all of my questions with
great patience. There was a problem with the insurance claim -- (the fault
belonged to the insurance carrier). Dr. Silk's receptionist was incredibly
persistent in getting it fully straightened out. I've already recommended him to
friends & colleagues.
